Unidentified Breakfast Burritos
The morning favorite - turned out of this world!
Prep time: 30 min.
Total time: 45 min.
Makes about a dozen burritos, less if they are stuffed more. Enjoy immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for a quick breakfast.
- Cook the bag of frozen tater tots according to package directions and set aside.
- Scramble eggs in a large frying pan. Add cooked meat.
- Place half the salsa in the egg and meat mixture.
- Lay down a tortilla and add about 3 heaping spoons of egg, meat, and salsa mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Add about 7 tater tots and 1/2 cup of cheese to this mound.
- Fold tortilla ends in first before rolling.

Intergalactic Guacamole
Turn your favorite avocado dip inside out with our salsa!
Prep time: 5 min.
Total time: 10 min.
Enjoy right away or add a splash of lemon juice to help keep it fresh longer.
- Slice avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Cupping the avocado in one hand, carve a grid-like pattern into the pulp of the avocado up to the rind. Scoop the avocado pulp with a spoon until it comes out in nice small cubes.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix together.

Fajita Mix Cover-Up
3 ingredients, 1 crockpot. The perfect crime. How could it go wrong?
Prep time: 10 min.
Total time: 6 hours.
Serve on warm tortillas with extra salsa or sour cream.
- Cut beef into cubes or strips depending on preference.
- Place all ingredients except tortillas in crockpot and simmer for 6 to 8 hours on low/medium or until done.

Meteor Meatballs
It's the perfect dish to just come flying out of nowhere and crash into a potluck!
Prep time: 5 min.

The meatballs will be juicier and moister the longer it is allowed to cook.

Tropical Triangle Quesadillas
A great snack to share, or a full meal!
Prep time: 3 min.
Total time: 15 min.
These mysterious triangles will have friends and family wondering when you'll make more!
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spray 1 side of each tortilla with cooking spray, or brush with olive oil.
- Place tortillas oiled side down on a large baking sheet.
- Spread bacon, pineapple, and cheese on tortillas and top with a second tortilla.
- Top with a second tortilla, oiled side up.
- Bake until the tortillas are golden brown: about 12 minutes.
- Cut into triangular wedges, drizzle with a bit of salsa, and serve with extra salsa and sour cream.
